General Warranty

Leap Sports warrants to the original user that the product manufactured or distributed by Leap Sports will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period as specified below from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product. 

 

Pilates

  • Reformer & Reformer Plus & Reformer Premium & Reformer G2
    • Limited lifetime warranty on vertical bars and overhead frame, components of the frame and related welding
    • Ninety day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery
    • One year limited warranty on wear and tear items, including: ropes, rollers, straps, spring clips, plastic pulley bar receptacle sleeves, comfort footbar covering, plastic Reformer feet, spring O-rings, Molded Spring Holder and spring covers
    • Two year limited warranty on all other reformer components
  • Cadillac & Pilates Cadillac Reformer
    • Limited lifetime warranty on vertical bars and overhead frame, components of the frame and related welding
    • Ninety day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery
    • One year limited warranty on straps and spring clips
    • Two year limited warranty on all other components
  • Ladder Barrel
    • Limited lifetime warranty on wooden frame 
    • Ninety day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery
    • Two year limited warranty on all other components
  • Stability Chair
    • Limited lifetime warranty on wooden/metal frame and related welding
    • Ninety day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery
    • One year limited warranty on wear and tear items, including:  spring, spring o-rings, spring clips
    • Two year limited warranty on all other components
  • Spine Corrector
    • Limited lifetime warranty on wooden frame
    • Ninety day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery. 
    • Two year limited warranty on all other components

Fitness Equipments

  • General (Smith Machine, Squat Rack, Treadmill, Water Rowing Machine, Leg Press, Folding Wall Mount Rack, Power Rack, Power Tower, Boxing Rack, Benches, Roman Chair, Tyre Flip)
    • Ninety day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery
    • One year limited warranty on consumable components, including: pulley wheels & cables, glide rods, rubber parts, spring & spring clips, punching bag
    • Two year limited warranty on structural welds & frame
  • Dumbbell & Barbell & Plates: Two year warranty
  • Others (Dumbbell Storage Rack, Kettlebells, Barbell Clamp Collar, Weight Rack, Trampoline, Balance Trainer, Stability Ball, Yoga Mat, Band, Massage Gun, Medicine Ball, Gym Tile): One year warranty

Snowboard Relevance 

  • Snowboard: One year warranty
  • Boots: One year warranty
  • Bindings: One year warranty
  • Goggles: One year warranty

Kayak

  • Hull and Deck: One year warranty
  • Parts and Accessories: One year warranty
  • Seaflo Boat Cart: One year warranty
  • Travellers Soft Racks: One year warranty

 

Leap Sports will warranty these product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for the stated above from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. 

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding our products with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
