Leap Sports Fitness is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective:

You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns requested outside the 7-day window or without sufficient proof (e.g., photos of damage) may not be accepted.

2. In-Stock Items

Refunds for in-stock items are subject to the following conditions:

If you request a refund after placing your order but before the item has shipped or been picked up, we will deduct a 5% processing fee from the total refund amount to cover banking and platform transaction fees.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

After Shipment or Pickup:
Once the order has shipped or been picked up, no refunds will be issued unless the product is faulty or defective.

3. Pre-Order Items

Refund requests for pre-order items are subject to the following terms:

Within 3 Business Days of Order Placement:
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
After 3 Business Days:
As the product will have entered production, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received.
Items that arrive damaged or with missing contents, if reported after 7 business days or without photographic evidence.
