  • Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping across Canada. The shipping costs will be flat rates and will be shown at checkout. 

Please note that our delivery team is responsible for deliveries within 250KM range from our warehouse. 

For places more than 250KM away from our warehouse, we rely on third party shipping vendors (Canada Post, FedEx and Freight Shipping Vendors) for the delivery. The delivery will not be guaranteed successful if the package violates shipping vendors' policies in which case a full refund will be issued.

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours. Oversized items will be shipped via a freight company due to weight and size restrictions from the shipping vendors. Normally the processing time of freight shipping will take 5 to 7 business days.

  

Returns

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, due to COVID-19, all sales by Leap Sports are final sale, that means we cannot offer exchange or returns due to change of mind unless the product is faulty or defective. If this unfortunately occurs, we’ll gladly accept return of an unused item within 7 business days after you received the product. Items must be in the original condition. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

*We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 7-days return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. Leap Sports™ is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
